I understand you've recently been exposed to a new binary compensation plan In my three decades of MLM experience I've learned that binary compensation plans are good for companies and BAD for the average representative. Anything that's bad for representatives will cause high attrition. Almost all experienced MLMers that I know hate binary comp plans.
Fortunately, some people are very innovative, and one such person has created an MLM comp plan which blows the doors off! This plan is so unique, it's copyrighted!
But for any MLM company, the bottom line is results. When people check out all the aspects of a company - its products, management, the value it offers, the customer service, the comp plan, etc., and they LOVE what they see, they get on board. Then if everything continues to check out, based on their actual experience, they STAY. This company has a 99.9% retention rate! That's unheard of in MLM.
How about some independent verification that this company is HOT.
UPS says, "This is the fastest growing company we know of."
Notice they did not say, "The fastest growing MLM company"; they said, "The fastest growing company, period."
